Hampton Inn & Suites Gainesville

Brenda went above and beyond to help me when I needed to cancel my reservation. Not only was she sympathetic, but followed up to make sure I wasn't charged. In a time when AI has taken over, it was so refreshing to deal with an actual person that was overly kind and considerate. Thank you, Brenda.

We came up to celebrate our beautiful daughter’s birthday. We arrived early before check-in. The staff served with excellent. Jennifer/Yenifer checked to see if there were any rooms available & checked us in early. Thank You Jennifer/Yenifer & Yolanda for being a blessing to our family. We also loved the free breakfast ie sausage biscuit & gravy & hashbrowns. The entire hotel is very clean both on the inside & outside. Thank you again for making our stay enjoyable. God Bless You.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and comfortable. I almost didn't stay because of the parking situation. My pickup and RV are 52' combined. I was told to park at the Trucker's Paradise, but they're no longer in business and the gates are locked. So, this posed a major problem and it was after dark when I arrived. I managed to barely squeeze into the hotel parking.

Disappointed in hot breakfast but rooms clean & quality bed. Worse thing was the barking dogs on 4th floor and how long it took to get their stupid hold fees credited. After 3 phone calls and 4 days got two different holding fees that was$75 returned to my account. Hotel threw blame on bank but bank doesn't charge anything that Motel didn't send. Additionally I was given 3 different prices when booking & in the end still paid about $50 more than the Hotel itself had quoted including the tax. They are unfriendly at the desk and just said that's the price even though they were the ones who quoted the price. Room lacked a TV remote for 1 &1/2 days, but again compared to other similar hotels in the area it was an alright place.

Front clerk was preoccupied watching a movie on her phone to be as hospitable as other Hampton Inn clerks have been. But the room was lovely. Hotel is clean!

We stayed at the location in Gainesville, TX. There was a lot of road construction in the area so we called ahead to get specific instructions on how to get to the hotel. The lady at the desk was super helpful and so patient with these senior folks. The room was very clean and comfortable and we loved the fact that the AC unit was very quiet and didn't disturb our sleep. The bonus was the Cracker Barrel right across the parking lot! Couldn't ask for more!

In the area for a wedding and picked a great place for the family to come together for a couple of meals. Róom was quiet and clean. Front desk was attentive and helpful. If I was in the area would stay here again.

The king size room was surprisingly huge and beautiful. It was very clean also. The step in shower was easily accessible and safe. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereals, waffles, coffee, milk and juice. We will definitely be back.
